PRAYER MINISTRY

 

Under the leadership of the humble man of God, Pastor Olaonipekun our prayer warrior intercede to take our supplications to God. “Rejoice always, PRAY WITHOUT CEASING, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). Send your prayer request, we shall pray with/for you and if you believe your prayer shall be answered and you shall see the glory of God.

WOMEN MINISTRY

Under the leadership of Matron Esther Olubunmi and guidance of Rev. (Mrs.) Oshin, our God fearing women create an environment that is filled with love and nurture our visitors with outstanding love and hospitality. God gives every woman a dream and a purpose in life, this ministry, will draw on the dreams God has given you and help you to develop strong relationships that assist you in fulfilling your purpose.

MEN MINISTRY

Under the leadership of Mr. Andrew Toyo and guidance of Pastor Layi Oshin, Our great men are endowed with wisdom to guide and support individual growth in the faith of Our Lord. They are laser-focused on the growth of the church. You too can use your talent in the house of God to support the fulfillment of God’s mission for our men. Come let’s be fisher men for Our Lord and you’ll be glad you did.

CHILDREN MINISTRY

Under the leadership of Mrs. Abosede Familuyi and Brother Yemi Orekoya, and the guidance of Rev. (Mrs.) Oshin our children’s enjoys learning about christian lifestyle and practicing it. The word of God says “train up children in the way they should go, and when they are old they will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). Our children ministry team leaders work together to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere in which children can learn biblical truths, build Christian friendship, grow in faith, and entertain the congregation with biblical stories.

MUSIC MINISTRY

Under the leadership of Mrs. Josephine Bamidele, our choir glorifies the name of God with their sonorous voice. Give thanks to the lord with the lyre; sing praises to him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy (Psalm 33: 2-3). This is what our choir ministry does best.

YOUTH/YAM (MINISTRY)

Under the leadership of MS. Abbey Ikotun (Young Adult President) and MS. Tinuade Familuyi (Youth President), our youths enjoy the grace and blessings of God through fellowship, brainstorming, and teaching of God’s words. Our your welcomes their new members with open hands and love.

SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY

God has never broken His covenant with His beloved children, regardless. In Jeremiah 33:20, God said His covenant with us will break, provided the “day and night no longer come at their appointed time.” This will never happen until the coming of Jesus Christ. In John 14:26, Jesus Christ promised to abide with us as Holy Spirit; the Comforter whom the Father will send in His name, (and ) he shall teach us things, and bring all things to our remembrance, whatsoever he has said unto us”. At Christ Apostolic Church (WOSEM) Sunday school, we give ourselves to the teaching and admonition of Jesus Christ, and back our discussions up with the fear of God and unwavering faith in His Word, the Bible. In a world where truth is considered relative, we explicitly teach undiluted word of God, disregarding the threat of the world that cries everyday saying, “Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this (Jesus Christ) name? (Acts, 5:28a).But like Peter and other apostles, our answer to the world has been “We ought to obey God rather than men” (Acts 15:29b). Come on Sunday at 10 a.m. and join the forward-moving end-time disciples. God will surely bless you as you come. Amen.
